An electric scooter fleet for the places journeys already start, to be operated by MASHI.
Why funding is part of it
People fund individual fleet units, and we publish what those units actually collected and cost. A unit can under-perform, and a month can produce no distribution.
Legal status
MASHI is a mobility operator: not a bank, not a licensed investment fund, not deposit-taking, and holding no financial-services licence. The campaign structure is subject to Syrian legal and regulatory review.
